TeleMasters announced that they have overcome the three biggest obstacles to supply SMME businesses with a full-feature cloud-based PBX.
“The smaller end of the market has been neglected,” SAYS Mario Pretorius, the TeleMasters CEO. “The inexpensive traditional offering have far fewer features than large systems.”
He continues: “The obstacles of scant features, high cost and expensive installations are bugbears. There had to be a better way. We found it in our DeCT deLiTE system.”
By combining the versatility of a DECT handset system with an LTE based connectivity, TeleMasters reckons they have ticked all three these boxes.
“Installing a DECT handset is quick and easy,” Pretorius said. “By combining up to 15 extensions and an operator’s handset with our LTE- based SIMPLEX system, we can get a customer up and running in minutes.”
At their media briefing, TeleMasters stated that the great value of a cloud-based PBX is that even a single handset installation has access to all 103 features on the Broadsoft cloud platform.
“The smallest business can now have call recording, telephone management, call forwarding and other useful features,” Barry Venter, the Technical Support Manager enthused.
According to Venter, such a system can easily connect 12 concurrent calls on a single LTE SIM and each user has full access to all features.
He further explained that these features are more extensive than any other system
available, at a reasonable cost and with quick deployment.
“We typically target start-ups, businesses where fixed lines were stolen and all entrepreneurs who wants to join our FutureProof world,” Pretorius concluded.
