Once distributed in our network, the parcel will arrive safely at your chosen PAXI Point – you’ll receive SMS notifications to keep you informed every step of the way. Upon arrival, your customer will also receive a unique pin to use upon collection, making the process simple and easy to use.

Our returns solution is just as effortless.

PAXI-partnered businesses can offer customers an effortless way to return a package, using their nearest PAXI Point. Customers will obtain a token bag in store and provide a unique token number. This token number, generated using API integration, will have your business details embedded, requiring the customer to provide only the token number and nothing else.

One of our trusted courier partners will collect the parcel/s from the chosen PAXI Point and deliver them directly to your business facility.

PAXI Business offers exciting features and benefits to businesses, such as integration options using PAXI’s standard API pack, customised SMS notifications to customers, various service options ranging from 3-5 business days or 7-9 business days, packaging options, and a personalised business dashboard.
