Yeastar unveils 2024 roadmap – New flexible pricing model and plans to empower resellers in South Africa

Yeastar has unveiled its new flexible pricing model and roadmap for empowering its resellers in South Africa.

These announcements were made as part of the Yeastar Day 2024 Roadshow in April, which was attended by an impressive 80 local resellers and featured an overview of its enhanced partner program for 2024.

The roadshow comprised four events in Johannesburg and Cape Town, and included representatives from well-known partners such as Even Flow Distribution, Electronic Communications Network, and MiRO Distribution.

Yeastar – known for its easy-first approach, providing easy-to-adopt, easy-to-use, and easy-to-manage Unified Communications solutions for the digital workplace – was proud to have these valued partners take part in the event.

We highlight the key takeaways from the Yeastar roadshow, below.

2024 roadmap

Yeastar used the 2024 roadshow to provide its partners with its roadmap for the year ahead.

This included informing partners about the latest call centre solution enhancements and explaining how they work.

Its partners were excited about the upcoming updates, which are a stride further towards Yeastar’s contact centre solutions. With the support of Facebook, Live Chat, Auto Dialler, and more in the following months, partners are enabled to significantly improve the way they communicate with their clients.

Yeastar also unveiled a new flexible pricing model that charges users based on concurrent calls rather than users, making it more affordable and profitable for its resellers.

This will also allow partners to profit from additional hardware sales, SIP trunking, and other managed services without worrying about bloating upkeep costs.

The Partner Program

The Yeastar Partner Program has proven highly successful in South Africa since its implementation, with companies benefiting greatly from its offerings.

In the 2024 roadshow, Yeastar introduces a new partner tier and marketing funding support for its partner program.

The new tier and funding will help more companies access the benefits of the partner program – which includes a full suite of training resources and guidance, marketing assistance, and expert customer support.

A shining star in Yeastar’s partner network is DSL Telecom, which offers cloud-based services to South African and international companies, and has been a Yeastar partner for 13 years.

DSL Telecom has chosen to remain a Yeastar partner thanks to the constant upgrades and improvements Yeastar makes to stay ahead of the times and ensure its offering is always relevant.

Any company can become a Yeastar partner and enjoy these benefits – whether you are an IT reseller, system integrator, MSP, or VAR.

Yeastar partners benefit from tailored and dedicated tools to ensure their success, enabled by a Partner Portal that lets them place an order, renew a licence, manage purchased products, access marketing resources, and more.

Combined with free trial resources and online registration discounts, it’s never been a better time to partner with Yeastar.
