Yeastar recently hosted its biggest event of the year – Yeastar Day 2024 Virtual.
Yeastar Day 2024 Virtual highlighted the new features and enhancements launched by Yeastar in 2024 and gave attendees a sneak peek at several new tools coming in the future.
We unpack the most notable announcements from the event, below.
New Innovations Round-up in 2024
The leading PBX company began the event by showcasing the improvements it has made to its Zoho integration capabilities.
While Zoho integration was previously available as an API integration for Zoho Free Edition, Yeastar has now added PhoneBridge Integration for the Zoho Paid Edition.
Next was the showcase of the new Microsoft SQL Contact integration.
Contact integration was previously supported for MySQL, and is now extended to Microsoft SQL – as many businesses use this tool to manage their contacts.
Yeastar also highlighted the updates made to the Yeastar Central Management (YCM) platform.
YCM now works across both Cloud PBX and on-prem PBX, and gives you cross-platform access to features like resource monitoring, password-less login, improved task management, and provisioning templates.
What Lies Ahead for Yeastar in 2025
Yeastar then revealed a several big updates that are coming in the future.
The most exciting announcement was the Yeastar Outbound Call Center – which lets you actively call prospective customers to promote your products and services
This solution will launch in February 2025.
Yeastar also unveiled a dedicated hotel module for smaller hotels that don’t use a Property Management System.
The hotel module will launch in December 2024.
Yeahs Awards 2024
Yeastar Day 2024 Virtual concluded with the Yeahs Awards 2024 ceremony.
This year, there was a new award – the Hosted Partner 2024 Award, which recognises those who truly showcase the value of Yeastar’s Cloud solutions.

South African companies win big
Two South African companies won big at the Yeahs Awards 2024 – Daisy Business Solutions won a Hosting Partner 2024 award, while Maximize Office Solutions won a Customer Success Excellence award
Daisy Business Solutions is a leading business telephony solutions provider in South Africa.
It leverages the Yeastar P-Series Cloud PBX solution to deliver 360-degree turnkey solutions to their wholly-owned finance service and support infrastructure.
Maximize Office Solutions won the Customer Success Story award for its work with logistics company Bigfoot Express Freight.
Bigfoot – which is based in Durban and has 14 branches and over 250 satellite-tracked vehicles – makes over 5,000 calls per day.
It needs all communications between its branches and trucks to be managed efficiently without any downtime, and Maximize helped Bigfoot achieve this by implementing the P-Series Cloud Edition solution from Yeastar.
