Conference presentation
At the Unlock AI Summit, Tatanqu discussed how MTN Converged Solutions works with its clients to help them grow their businesses in South Africa.
She explained that MTN Converged Solutions is focused on three key areas in its partnership with Microsoft – Modern Workplace, Azure, and Security:
- Modern Workplace – Software licenses, Operator Connect, hybrid meetings, and call recording.
- Azure – Website migrations, modernising virtual desktop infrastructure to Azure Virtual Desktop, migrating Windows and SQL servers.
- Security – Modern security, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft InTune.
Tatanqu then highlighted how MTN Converged Solutions works with its clients to ensure they get the most value possible from their Microsoft solutions:
- MTN Converged Solutions conducts a listen and consult session – allowing clients to articulate the current position and requirements of their business.
- MTN Converged Solutions plans and executes assessments, demos, and proof-of-concepts to show the client how it can solve their challenges.
- If the client is ready, MTN Converged Solutions conducts accelerated engagements like pilots to test the services in real-world settings.
- MTN Converged Solutions orchestrates consumption and adoption services.
- MTN Converged Solutions helps the client successfully deploy and adopt the appropriate workloads.
“We want to help our clients understand what the art of the possible is,” said Tatanqu.
