How it works

The GoPrinter is a handheld printer – you simply place it on the surface you want to print onto, pull the trigger, swipe, and watch your design appear in real time.

It can be used to print on many different surfaces – both absorbent and non-absorbent in nature.

• A Blot Absorption cartridge prints onto absorbent surfaces like cardboard, t-shirts, and other materials.
• A Dry Adsorption cartridge is for non-absorbent surfaces like PVC pipes, cans, ceramics, plastics, and many more.

AM.CO.ZA sent us a Dry Adsorption cartridge, and we found it worked well on many different surfaces – even absorbent ones like cardboard.

We tested it in various scenarios, including adding labels to products, barcodes to boxes, and our branding to multiplugs.

What to print

The GoPrinter has a 4.3-inch touchscreen display and a built-in operating system that lets you set up whatever you want to print.

You can choose from countless barcode types, fonts, and other file types.

To upload fonts and files, you can use the native USB port to connect to your storage device, and then select the appropriate files using the touchscreen display.

Extensive customisability then lets you even set the letter spacing, print size, text height, angle, and row spacing to ensure you can produce the exact result that you want.

The battery also lasted a long time, ensuring we didn’t need to regularly run for a power source to keep working, and when it needed to be charged, we could continue using it at the same time.

The prints were sharp and clear thanks to the GoPrinter’s 600DPI. They dried extremely fast, ensuring we didn’t need to worry about smudging.
