Effective Measure has released its April 2015 website traffic statistics, which show that South Africa had 36 million unique Internet browsers during the month.
Effective Measure is the official traffic measurement partner of the IAB South Africa, and provides accurate traffic and demographics statistics for South Africa’s top websites.
The latest statistics show that SA’s top websites served 929 million pages in April, with an average visit duration of 3 minutes 30 seconds. 42% of these views came from mobile devices.
“There was a slight dip in unique browsers for the month of April – this can be attributed to the increased holidays in April around Easter, and April being a generally slower and shorter month,” said Effective Measure.
