Larry Page recently announced they had created a new company called Alphabet, where he will serve as CEO and Sergey Brin as president.

Going forward, Google will fall under the new Alphabet holding company, with Sundar Pichai named as the new CEO.

Many people high-fived Alphabet for its cute URL – abc.xyz. However, it did not take long before the “abc” URL was used to mock the company.

The domain name abc.wtf was registered on the same day as Google’s announcement – 10 August 2015. The URL redirects to Microsoft’s Bing search engine.

According to the Whois records, the domain name was registered in Johnsonville in northern Wellington, New Zealand.
