Kim Dotcom launches Bitcoin payment system for content creators
Internet mogul Kim Dotcom has launched a new system for online creators to receive payment for their work in bitcoin.
He calls the encrypted content delivery system with bitcoin payments “Bitcache & Megaupload 2.0”. In a video demonstrating the features of the system, it is also referred to as BitContent.
“You basically create this Bitcache container. You can select the content you want to upload onto the Internet, and you select your price point,” said Dotcom.
It works with Megaupload or any other file hosting or streaming site, said Dotcom.
