Mozilla launches Firefox Send
Mozilla has created a new website which allows users to send files to one another.
The platform is named Send and is designed for quick and private file sharing between parties.
Send supports file sizes up to 1GB and encrypts them as they are uploaded – which means Mozilla does not have the ability to access your encrypted file.
After uploading a file, users are given a link they can send to a contact – who can then download the file.
The link expires after the file is downloaded, or 24 hours after the upload.
