Apple is building a self-driving car: report

Apple is building a self-driving car in Silicon Valley, and the technology giant is looking for secure locations to test the vehicle. This is according to a report by the Guardian.

The Guardian cited documents which show that the “Apple car project appears to be further along than many suspected”.

According to the Guardian correspondence by Apple engineer Frank Fearon shows that the company is looking for a secure space to test the car.

In March AppleInsider reported that Apple’s mysterious Titan electric car project “is believed to be in development at a top-secret facility hidden in plain sight”.

Citing a source familiar with “Titan”, AppleInsider said that Apple’s new auto-related hires include some people from Tesla.
