Aston Martin reveals DB9 GT Bond Edition

Aston Martin has unveiled the DB9 GT Bond Edition. “Bond who?” you ask – James Bond, as in the 007 gentleman super-spy whose cars you openly longed for as a child, and secretly wished you had as an adult.
The Bond Edition will be limited to 150 units worldwide, and is based on the recently-launched DB9 GT.
The car is powered by a 547kW 6-litre V12 engine, and features Spectre Silver paint; sterling silver Aston Martin badges front and rear; and discreet ‘007 Bond Edition’ exterior badging.
10-spoke gloss black diamond turned 20-inch alloy wheels; aluminium bonnet vents, side strakes, and grille; carbon fibre front splitter and rear diffuser, and grey brake calipers are also part of the package.
All this awesomeness takes the driver from 0-100km/h in 4.5 seconds, and to a top speed of 294km/h.
The new DB9 GT Bond Edition is available to order in markets around the world, priced at £165,000 (R3.4 million).
