Most reliable cars in the world in 2015

We recently reported on the 5 most unreliable new cars currently in the market, based on Consumer Reports’ 2015 Auto Reliability Survey.

The magazine compiled its report based on responses from the owners of more than 740,000 vehicles, and found the Fiat 500L as the greatest offender.

Investing in a new car is a costly exercise, and potential owners look for a vehicle which will give them as many kilometres as possible without any trouble.

We decided to take a look at the opposite end of the spectrum, finding out which new cars come with the best reliability rankings.

The selection below is based on the following research:

  • Driver Power reliability survey for 2015 by Carbuyer.
  • J.D. Power reliability rankings for 2015.
  • Ipsos reliability rankings for South Africa for 2015.
