Uber has improved its ratings system, making ratings clear and balanced on trips.
The company said its ratings system was designed to ensure great experiences for riders and drivers.
Uber said its drivers felt that ratings can at times feel unbalanced, unclear, or outside their control.
To address this, the new ratings system gives drivers more protections and feedback when they need it.
“The new system provides riders with a clearer sense of what each star rating means, and expands Ratings Protection to cover more reasons that are out of drivers’ control,” said Uber.
