Vodacom’s latest mobile device numbers reveal that Android has overtaken BlackBerry as the most popular platform on the operator’s network.
According to Vodacom there are currently 3.362 million Android tablets and smartphones on its network, overtaking BlackBerry’s 2.760 million.
Apple came in third with 805,000 iPhones and iPads, with Windows fourth with 449,000 mobile devices.
