Microsoft Lumia 435, 532: cheapest Windows smartphones announced
Microsoft announced two new smartphones on 14 January 2015: the Microsoft Lumia 435, and Lumia 532.
These are set to be the Redmond company’s “most affordable Lumia devices to date,” Microsoft said.
Both devices will run on Windows Phone 8.1 and include all the features users have come to expect from a smartphone, the company added.
“When we launched the first Lumia devices over three years ago, we said we were committed to bringing devices to as many people and price points as possible,” said Microsoft.
The two devices will begin rolling out in key markets in Europe, Asia-Pacific, India, the Middle East, and Africa during February 2015.
Both the Lumia 435 and Lumia 532 will be available in green, orange, white, and black, and will be available in single and dual-SIM variants.
