People are already queuing for the Apple iPhone 7
Queues have started to form outside the Apple Store in New York, Twitter users have reported.
In recent years, there have been reports that many of those who queue early for a new iPhone are not buying the phone for themselves.
Some are queueing with the purpose of selling their spot in the line, while others will sell their device to dealers who will likely ship the phone to markets which weren’t included in the first launch wave.
The report stated the people in place 11 and 13 in the line are selling their spots for $3,000 and $300, respectively.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 7 opened on 9 September, and the phone will ship on 16 September.
