A J.D. Power study has found that Samsung phones rank highest in overall satisfaction among AT&T and Sprint customers in the US.
T-Mobile and Verizon customers liked Apple iPhones best.
As reported by CNET, the study further showed that customers who pay more for their phones – buy more expensive devices – report higher satisfaction.
The report stated that high-priced phones often perform better than cheaper models, leading to higher levels of satisfaction among customers.
Other findings included average device spend of full-service customers and non-contract customers on the networks.
Full-service customers spend an average of $361 on a device, while non-contract customers spend an average of $137 on a device.
