BlackBerry unveils its new Android smartphone – DTEK60

BlackBerry has unveiled its latest smartphone – the Android-powered DTEK60.

BlackBerry said the phone combines the Android ecosystem with higher-end specifications to “power productivity”, while it comes equipped with “all the security features that BlackBerry’s Android OS devices have”.

The DTEK60 went on sale in the US and parts of Europe today, selling for $499. The phone’s global availability will be announced in the coming weeks.

The device features a fingerprint sensor, BlackBerry Intelligent Keyboard, 5.5″ QHD display, microSD support for 2TB, and 3,000mAh battery.
