Sony launches Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra smartphones

Sony has unveiled its Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra smartphones, which feature high-end cameras and Android 7.0.

The XA1 and XA1 Ultra sport 8MP and 16MP front cameras respectively, with both devices featuring 23MP rear cameras.

The XA1 Ultra’s front camera features optical image stabiliser technology and a smart flash designed to help users take better selfies.

Both devices use a borderless design with a curved display and are powered by an octa-core processor.

South African pricing and release date information for the Sony Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra was not announced.
