Huawei announced that it will develop door-to-door service options for its devices in future.
This is according to the general manager for Huawei in South Africa, Zhao Likun.
Likun said that a full customer experience includes the purchase, the on-device user experience, and after-sales.
Huawei’s new experience stores offer an excellent purchase experience, said Likun. “A professional experience,” he said.
He said Huawei already provides a two-hour quick-repair service for its flagship smartphones range – the Huawei P, Mate, and G series.
Huawei aims to step up its service experience, offering collection and delivery on premium devices which need repairs, he said.
