Industry leaker Evan Blass has posted an image of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to Twitter.
The device is expected to launch on 23 August, and looks like it will have the same curved edge-to-edge display as the Galaxy S8.
There have been relatively few rumours about the Note 8, with analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stating the device will have a dual camera system.
Kuo said the Note 8’s dual camera will be its most important upgrade.
The system will feature 3x optical zoom, a 12MP dual photodiode sensor with a wide-angle CIS, a 13MP sensor with a telephoto CIS, dual 6P lenses, and dual optical image stabilisation.
Kuo predicted that the Note 8’s dual camera will be better than the one in the iPhone 7 Plus, and a match for the upcoming OLED iPhone.
Leaks also suggested the Note 8 will have its fingerprint sensor on the front of the device – which has been disputed.
