Samsung Galaxy S9 photos leaked

A user on the Chinese social network Weibo has posted several images that appear to show the Samsung Galaxy S9, BGR reported. The device is expected to be unveiled in February.

Based on the images, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will have largely the same physical design as its predecessor. The only major visible difference is that the images of the Galaxy S9+ show a dual rear camera.

While little is known about the specifications of the devices, it is expected that the Galaxy S9 range will be powered by the latest Qualcomm and Samsung processors.

The Galaxy S9 US model will likely run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chip, while its global variant is expected to use the Exynos 9810. In addition to a processor upgrade, rumours suggest that the phones will get a storage upgrade, with the top-end model featuring 512GB of storage capacity.

The images below show a mockup of the Galaxy S9 that was likely built by an accessories manufacturer based on specifications leaked in China. However, there are also images which show what appears to be a functional Galaxy S9 smartphone.
