Smartphone accessories maker Olixar has stated that Apple cancelled plans for a “mini” iPhone X and will instead introduce two new models with larger screens than the original, Forbes reported.
Olixar said it is so confident of the inside sources which provided the information that it has begun production of its official line of accessories.
According to Forbes, it has received schematics which give the following dimensions for the new iPhone X models:
- “Budget” iPhone X – 147.12 x 71.52 mm
- iPhone X Plus – 157.2 x 77.1 mm
For comparison, the current iPhone X has a width and height of 143.6 x 70.9 mm.
Forbes reported that based on Olixar’s history of correctly confirming the designs of smartphones, its confirmation regarding the upcoming iPhone X models is worth taking note of.
In the past two years, the company has leaked accurate designs of the iPhone X, Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy Note 7, and the iPhone 7.
