BlackBerry Q5 launch window for South Africa

The BlackBerry Q5, a lower cost smartphone from BlackBerry running their new BlackBerry 10 mobile operating system, is expected to be sold locally by Cell C and Vodacom.
“We do have plans to stock the BlackBerry Q5 but it’s too early to confirm any details,” Vodacom told MyBroadband when asked about their plans for the device.
Cell C offered slightly firmer plans, with the spokesperson saying that they expect the BlackBerry Q5 to be available on their network from early Q3 (July – September) 2013.
“Pricing and deals will be announced closer to the launch date,” Cell C said.
