Nokia Lumia 1520 SA prices announced

The Nokia Lumia 1520 is now available at Vodacom and MTN, Nokia South Africa announced during an event in Sandton, Johannesburg on Tuesday, 11 February 2014.

Nokia said that it will be available off-contract at Vodacom at a recommended retail price of R9,499, and on Vodacom’s Smart S contract for R499/month.

MTN will offer the device on AnyTime 100 for R449/month.

Nokia unveiled its first tablet PC, the Lumia 2520, along with the Lumia 1520, its first so-called “phablet”, and the Lumia 1320 smartphone on 22 October 2013.

A few days later, Cell C and Vodacom confirmed that they both planned to offer the Lumia 2520 tablet in 2014, while Cell C said it also plans to bring in the Nokia c and 1520.
