Windows 10 new desktop wallpaper revealed
Microsoft has created a special edition desktop wallpaper for Windows 10.
The wallpaper, shown off in the video below, uses the Windows logo made out of light as its centrepiece – put together using camera mapping techniques, lasers, and projectors.
According to a report by The Verge, the logo won’t be animated when on your Windows 10 PC.
Windows 10 is set to launch on 29 July 2015.
Anyone who upgrades to the new version of the operating system from Windows 7 or 8.1 within the first year of launch will get the OS for free.
For those who will have to buy Windows 10, Forbes and Cnet reported that Microsoft will sell Windows 10 for $119, and Windows 10 Pro for $199. An upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 10 Pro will cost $99.
