Start a science project with Google’s Science Journal

Google has launched a new Android app that lets users “measure sound, light, and more” and record the data on their mobile phone.

The app then takes the data and turns it into graphs and charts, records the information, and allows users to organise data sets into projects.

Notes and photos can also be added to the data, said Google, and the app features an online “supportive community” in which users can share project and experiment ideas.

Science Journal is available via the Google Play store.
