Facebook is killing Paper
Users of Facebook Paper, which reimagined the service’s app as a newsreader, were informed it would no longer work after 29 July, The Verge reported.
Paper has already been removed from the App Store.
Although it received critical acclaim, the app failed to reach critical mass, stated the report.
It featured animations as you moved between different sections of the app, and customisable sections for politics, technology, food, and other topics.
The app was never released for Android.
