Most popular laptop Linux distros revealed

Phoronix’s Linux Laptop Survey revealed that Ubuntu is the most popular Linux distribution for laptops, followed by Arch Linux and Debian.

The Phoronix survey was run over two weeks and attracted 30,171 responses from Linux users.

The results revealed that 62% of Linux users are not dual-booting their laptop with another operating system.

30% of Linux users said they are dual-booting their Linux laptop with Windows, while 4.4% use another Linux distro for dual-booting.
