New updates for Microsoft Office for Mac
Microsoft has unveiled new updates for the Mac version of Office, reported Softpedia.
The updates are first available as part of the Insider Program in the Fast Ring, and should arrive for all users at a later date.
Build 16.6 (version 171001) comes with several improvements for Office 365 users using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This includes real-time co-authoring and AutoSave for OneDrive and SharePoint files.
The update also comes with a new Share menu – aimed at files stored on OneDrive for Business or SharePoint.
Office 365 subscribers also receive modern chart types, including Waterfall, Funnel, Histogram, Pareto, Box & Whisker, Treemap, and Sunburst, stated the report.
