The YouTube TV Android app’s latest update includes picture-in-picture support.
The feature is currently only available on Android 8.0 and allows users to continue watching shows while opening another application.
Multitasking requires that both applications support Android picture-in-picture.
YouTube TV allows users to watch and record live TV on their mobile device, and is currently only available in the US.
