Google Lens now available on iOS
Google Lens, the object recognition software, is now available on iOS.
Lens allows a smartphone camera to detect objects and pulls up relevant information to the user.
The feature is available on version 3.15 of the Google Photos iOS app, and Google noted that Lens activity will be saved to the user’s Google account if the web and app activity setting is enabled.
Google Lens will continue rolling out to iOS users over the next week.
Starting today and rolling out over the next week, those of you on iOS can try the preview of Google Lens to quickly take action from a photo or discover more about the world around you. Make sure you have the latest version (3.15) of the app.https://t.co/Ni6MwEh1bu pic.twitter.com/UyIkwAP3i9
