The 25th annual ICON comics, gaming, and pop culture convention was held at Gallagher Estate in Midrand this past weekend.
The convention featured, video games, live action role play, and cosplay – the main event.
The cosplay competition saw finalists perform skits and show off their meticulously-crafted costumes – while the judges highlighted their favourite aspects of each contestant.
The categories of the competition were Skits, Novice and Intermediate, and Master.
The Master category featured a special guest judge from the United States – Linda Le, known as Vampy Bit Me.
