In March 2019, MyBroadband published an article titled “The SA Post Office is truly delusional”. In the article, MyBroadband shared the views of local ecommerce players on the SA Post Office and their interaction with the institution.
However, we did not afford the SA Post Office an opportunity to provide comment on the article – a mistake on our part.
The headline of the article also used emotive language, which was not a direct quote from any of the ecommerce players included in the article.
Following engagements with the SA Post Office and the Press Council, MyBroadband would like to apologise to the SA Post Office for not affording it an opportunity to comment on the article in question, and for using a headline which did not accurately reflect the contents of the article.
