Facebook unveils subscribe feature
The subscribe feature will soon be available to users who will find the new button on their friends’ Facebook profiles. When users click on the button, they are presented with the option to follow all, most or important updates from that contact in their news feed.
Facebook will also allow users to follow Facebook profiles of people they are not friends with, though this is limited to content that has been set for public viewing.
The feature will be available “in a few days”, and it is the latest announcement of what CEO Mark Zuckerberg terms, “Facebooks 2011 launching season”.
