Lenovo 5-inch tablet appears
The same anonymous source credited with leaking information on Lenovo’s upcoming 10.1-inch tablet PC has provided Engadget with images of what appears to be a 5-inch Lenovo tablet PC.
The device is supposedly dual-core equipped and runs the Android operating system, though there is no confirmation as to which version of the mobile OS will feature on the device.
The tablet will be marketed under the “LePad” brand in China, while it will feature in the rest of the world under the IdeaTab brand.
Images of the device show that it features a micro-USB port, HDMI output, a front-facing camera and what appears to be three capacitive buttons. An earpiece feature appears above the Lenovo logo, hinting that the device may have voice call capabilities, though the source could not confirm this.
