iPhone 4S customers are satisfied
A ChangeWave survey of iPhone 4S owners shows that customer satisfaction for the latest Apple smart phone is higher than for its predecessor, the iPhone 4.
77 percent of customers surveyed in November 2011 said that they are “very satisfied” with their iPhone 4S.
This is higher than the 72 percent of iPhone 4 users who had the same level of satisfaction when surveyed in July 2010.
ChangeWave also asked users which features they like best on the iPhone 4S, with the “Siri digital assistant” chosen by 49 percent of users. This was followed by “general ease of use” (39 percent) and the “8 megapixel camera with LED flash” (33 percent).
When asked about what they disliked about the iPhone 4S, “Battery life is too short” took top honours with 38 percent of the complaints. “Lack of 4G capabilities” followed closely with 30 percent, while “screen size” rounded off the top 3 dislikes at 11 percent.
