Draw Something loses 4 million daily users
Interest in social game Draw Something appears to be waning after the OMGPOP game went from over 14 million active daily users, to just over 10 million in a single month.
This is according to AppData, who also revealed that the game has shed 900,000 active daily users in the past week alone.
The game exploded onto the scene with 10 million downloads within the first week. The free and paid versions both occupied the number 1 position on the iTunes download charts, and the app boasted 50 million downloads by early April.
Zynga bought Draw Something creator, OMGPOP, in March 2012. Since the acquisition, Zynga’s stock has declined by more than 38 percent.
