Mac Pro gets “something great” in 2013: Cook
While there were no significant updates to the Mac Pro line at this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), Apple’s CEO Tim Cook has promised users something to look forward to in 2013.
Updates to the Mac Pro line of desktop computers are coming in 2013 according to an e-mail from Cook.
“Although we didn’t have a chance to talk about a new Mac Pro at today’s event, don’t worry as we’re working on something really great for later next year,” read the e-mail.
Apple announced earlier this week that the current Mac Pro line would receive a processor upgrade based on older technology, falling short of the total technology refresh Apple fans were expecting.
