Apple iPhone 5 “leaked” images are actually renders
A fully assembled, working Apple iPhone 5 was pictured in images released by Chinese website TGBUS; however, they appear to be nothing more than 3D renders posted by a talented Flickr user.
The Chinese site claimed to have analysed the images, and concluded that they had not been altered in image editing software such as Photoshop.
However, after some research, Italian iPhone blog iPhoneItalia discovered that the images are in fact 3D renders created and posted by Flickr user, Martin uit Utrecht.
Posting a screenshot of tech site Gizmodo on his Flickr Stream, Utrecht said, “I even managed to fool Gizmodo! You would think Gizmodo of all blogs would be able to tell a leaked prototype from a leaked rendering! ;-) After I pointed it out to Gizmodo the post disappeared faster than Steve Jobs could say ‘one more thing’.”
