TCL launches air conditioners, washing machines, and fridges

TCL has launched a range of new home appliances at its Middle East and Africa launch event in Turkey on Friday.

These included new air conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines.

TCL said these products have been designed to enrich and simplify daily life.

“TCL’s ambition is to become a well known brand with sustainable products for MEA customers,” said TCL sales manager for Turkey, Murat Yatan.

The manufacturer’s announcements are summarised below.

FreshIN and BreezeIN air conditioners

The FreshIN 3.0 air conditioner has many high-end features that spread fresher air throughout the room, TCL said.

For example, it uses QuadruPuri filters that pass the air through four different layers with the goal of delivering better purification.

This fresh air also passes through a heat exchanger, which cools down or warms the air to your current or preferred indoor temperature faster.

The process is facilitated by a powerful air engine that delivers a 50% reduction in noise, yet delivers substantial performance.

This is all achieved while meeting an A+++ energy efficiency rating.

The BreezeIN air conditioner keeps your home cool and fresh without transmitting direct wind into the room, thanks to its Gentle Breeze technology.

This makes the cool air feel more natural and comfortable, TCL said, removing cold drafts and keeping the air refreshing.

It also features a multi-step automated auto clean system—dewing, frosting, defrosting, drying, and sterilisation — to keep the room’s air fresh and clean.

TCL noted that the BreezeIN is environmentally friendly, featuring three-speed energy-saving options and A++ energy efficiency.

TCL Free built-in refrigerator series

The TCL Free built-in refrigerator series is specifically designed to be built into a kitchen.

Accordingly, they feature a 90-degree door hinge that won’t bump against your cupboards and a design that ensures there is no visible gap between the fridge and your cabinetry.

TCL Free built-in fridges also boast refrigeration technologies like TCL T-Fresh, which the company said prevents the formation of 99.99% of bacteria.

Certain models also include a 3-in-1 ice maker feature that makes cubed ice, crushed ice, and cold water.

TCL also highlighted its Power Cool and Power Freeze technologies, which can drastically lower the temperature of its refrigerators in a shorter period.

TCL washing machines

TCL also unveiled its new washing machines, which feature TCL’s Smart DD motor.

TCL said this motor is designed to be more silent while offering greater power.

These machines also have an upgraded colour LED display with a touch-control panel and feature technologies like Air Refresh, which uses nothing but hot air to refresh garments.

Another interesting feature is Steam Wash — available in the P68 model — which eliminates most bacteria in a 35-minute steam wash.
