IS experiencing international connectivity problems
IS issued an email to customers explaining the situation: “We are currently experiencing a Major degradation of IS International Satellite Access Service at our Rosebank, Roaring Creek and Bryanston PoPs. This is due to bad weather conditions at the satellite base station.”
Angus MacRobert, CEO of IS, confirmed that bad weather was to blame for the outage. He informed MyADSL that the problem was resolved just after and that everything was up and running again.
