DotCo versus Telkom, Round Two
DotCo, an ISP who became synonymous with its 30 GB AllYouCanEat ADSL accounts, has taken Telkom to court regarding the changes that are now in place due to their new pay-per-gig billing system.
Johan Ferreira, MD of Dotco, gave evidence on behalf of DotCo and is upbeat with the progress so far.
"We’re satisfied that we’ve had our opportunity to be heard and we’re looking forward to the conclusion of the case," he said.
No witnesses were called to testify by Telkom although several Telkom representatives attended the court hearing. The case has now been adjourned until 16 May for closing arguments to be made by the parties’ legal representatives.
