A prototype iPhone 5,2 has reportedly surfaced in a server log.
Captured from a “reliable source”, the log file shows the device as an iPhone 5,2.
No other information regarding the session could be given, although the naming convention lines up with previous reports that an iPhone 5,1 and 5,2 were in testing phases.
This comes days after Apple announced that they would be holding an event on 12 September, widely expected to be the reveal of the next iPhone iteration.
Sharp also recently announced that the tech company would begin shipping rumoured 4-inch screens for Apple.
