Facebook lets companies see your “likes”

Facebook is reportedly allowing companies to see what users “like” on the social network, according to an AdWeek report.

Currently, this tool is only available to “priority accounts”, meaning that only certain companies may have access to this information.

This would allow marketers to see what brands, TV shows, music or any other preference you enjoy, allowing for targeted marketing and planned advertising strategies.

Facebook hasn’t commented on the matter.
