Microsoft Surface Touch Cover issue pops up
Microsoft’s Surface is causing a stir, with many users finding a common problem with the tablet’s Touch Covers.
The edge of the cover appears to be splitting, which exposes one of the internal wires.
The defect is identical in each case: the cover, which has an integrated keyboard, begins to split at its seam where the device attaches magnetically to the main computer.
A number of users who have encountered this problem have taken to the Surface forums to express their shared dissatisfaction.
Microsoft hasn’t responded on the matter, though it has notified forum members to return the covers to Microsoft for replacement.
