Telkom has launched a community portal where you post your experiences with the company’s products and services.
The online forum is hosted on the Telkom domain at community.telkom.co.za, and can be found through the Telkom website.
The launch comes after the operator revealed in October that it will host a Telkom Community – a place where customers can share their experiences and speak to other Telkom customers.
“This will help us improve our service delivery on a continual basis,” Telkom said at the time.
Telkom’s announcement comes after MyBroadband published an article about how difficult it can be to buy the company’s products.
The article highlighted that while Telkom is producing quality products and marketing them well, its poor helpdesk and sales channels are letting the company down.
Telkom acknowledged the feedback and said it was working to improve its digital self-service channels and other online tools to make it easier for clients to access services and support.
