Service and support: best and worst operators revealed

The latest HelloPeter statistics show that Telkom Mobile has the highest compliments to complaints ratio from consumers, an indication that the company’s service levels are higher than its peers.

HelloPeter is South Africa’s most popular consumer activist website, where consumers can report good and bad service, and receive support from registered companies.

According to the latest statistics, Telkom Mobile, Vodacom, and Neotel have the best compliments to complaints ratios.

MTN, Cell C, and Telkom had the worst ratios, an indication that the companies are not performing well when it comes to customer service.

The following table provides an overview of the compliments to complaints ratios of South Africa’s largest operators (stats from 13 December 2013).
