Temperatures below zero degrees Celsius are expected across South Africa on Monday.
The coldest spot in the country, according to Traveller24, will be Sutherland (Northern Cape), reaching -9°C.
Five provinces are expected to have towns which experience sub-zero temperatures, including Bloemfontein at -5°C.
The SA Weather Service warned citizens in central South Africa to beware of “potential disruptive weather systems” in the area.
It said the cold front will move to the east of the country on Monday, but temperatures will remain cold.
Snowfall is expected in the Southern Drakensberg region, while Black Frost is expected in the Free State, Northern Cape, and North West Province.
